Is this the evolution we want?

About a year ago I tried to spark an organic movement to rename "Digital Transformation" to something that encompassed more than just a technology focus.

The internet told me no.

Now good old McKinsey has come in to "evolve" the language we use.

This week we are ranting about their addition to the term "Digital Transformation", talking about the tough decisions that come along with leading change, and exploring how to prioritize and balance the need for innovation and tactical execution all at the same time.
